I have read their suggestion. it is an opening, but definitely not enough for me to go back. They need to simplify their terms a lot!
I just got in my mailbox a wonderful example of how to behave from Sketchfab whom wishes to change their Terms and advise well in advance in a simple and understandable way allowing users to bail out - I do not know of eventual mishaps for Sketchfab but got delighted to see how they handle an important change
But to be honest I will not discuss it in Flightsim.to discord as last time I and others discussed something with them in a forum controlled by them they decided to remove the discussion when it didn’t turn in their favor. I have shared what @DaveR44 graciously named “Nielsen’s Eight Theses” about a solution acceptable to creators and which have been discussed with numerous creators out in the open for them to see. It is here, on Avsim, on FSdeveloper and funny enough they did not close my account so they can just send me a PM in their own site if they have forgotten the e-mail I provided them… They claim to be part of the community so maybe they should look around and engange elsewhere.
