It’s a powerful command-line tool for generating routes randomly, though the user has many options available to tweak start/end location, leg length, start position, route direction, and much, much more.
It can create MSFS plan files (.pln) and text itineraries.
It’s written in C++ and is fully open source.
Download the latest version here (it doesn’t need installing, drop it to a folder of your choice and run it from a Windows console):
