FLY button not working in world map

I think LCMD may be either a custom airport or generated by Navigraph. It is not in the base sim.

I just found another one, to the South West, except its not strictly a seaplane base, despite its runway being clearly over water. Lake Cushman Dock (LCMD) It’s in italics, so is considered an “addon” airport in LNM, and has a single water start. I know that this was moved out of Bug Reports, but please remember that when logging bug reports, you should test it with all addons turned off.
