FlyByWire A32NX is difficult to steer on the runway

Hi there!

I use the FBW A32NX, but when i took off i noticed something. The rudder is extremely difficult to steer and if you steer just a little bit it drifts off the runway, idk why it is like that but i cannot fly the a32nx because the rudder / steering is difficult. Does anybody have a clue on how to fix this or make this easier? Thanks!

Pls check your assistance settings, if they’re all turned off.
