My Aircraft Tool tips wont turn off. I turned all assitant options back to on and then back to off, but when Hovering over a button it turns blue and tells me what. I’m also having massive stuttering and frame rate problems which has made the game unplayable anyways which I will post about in another forum.
Tooltips are turned off via the accessibility options.

If you read what I wrote, It states that I Only use FAUNA and Gsuit that is turned on in Assitant Options, everything else disabled and off. I have turned them back on and Off but still have the same problem
Gsuit and Fauna are not in the same menu or area as accessibility.
You mentioned Assists in your OP. It is not under assists.
They are under General Options → Accessibility.

I’m not disputing that but you were asking about the tooltips showing when you hover over an instrument.
What I am saying is to turn that off you need to go into General Options and Accessibility. In there you’ll see options for tooltips and that is where you will turn it off.

Oh WOW, thanks a lot, what a weird place to put that. thanks haven’t messed with options until this update made me reset all my graphics settings, keybinds, assistant options and then loaded into the game to find out that it is unplayable now even from going medium to low end graphics which has made no sense to me. thank you though.
now another problem how do I turn off the blue background + the letters are gone but it has a blue Highlighter
Unfortunately that cannot be turned off at his time.

by the way a friend of mine just told me that you can turn it off, and it is now turned off, no more blue highlighter. its General>Accessibility>Cockpit Interaction System, change it from LOCK to LEGACY and you wont have the blue highlighter anymore.
Correct, this also changes other behaviours which some may not find desirable.
Hopefully in a future update it can just be turned off independently.

I just updated with the latest Asobo small update and all of my Assistance settings got reset. Now I have POIs, smart cam enabled, and all the annoying assistance tool pop-ups enabled.
What is going on Asobo???
