Hi @BizarreSky88853
I gave it a try in “legacy” mode, and it worked fine for the options it’s actually used with. So it appears to be an issue with either “lock” mode, or the way it’s set up in “lock” mode with your control settings. I’ve never used “lock” mode, so can’t really help with the issue. Hopefully someone who is familiar with the lock mode will come in and clarify the issue.
You might consider changing the title to include “lock mode” so someone who uses it might see it and come in here.
Regards

Cannot replicate in FS2020 using the “lock” cockpit interaction system:

I noticed you have different labels when going over the inner & outer knobs. Do you have any mods installed ?

Thank you for the reply. I tried as you said, as I was in lock mode, and it dosen’t work in legacy mode either.

Thank you for the reply. It seems to me that the inner knob dosen’t work for you either. As for the mods, my first attempt at solving the issue was to remove them, but it still wouldn’t work. For the different labels I don’t know why they are different. I am in Brazil, but have the sim language set to english, so… :man_shrugging:

It seems you have an axis (axis x on some peripheral) bound to turning the knob. Since it will respect the position of the axis, you won’t be able to move it with the mouse.

Check your bindings on FMS stuff and unbind if you want to control it with the mouse.

I think I find the point, once on the Flight Plan page:

In lock mode:
You need 1st to right click with your mouse on the inner knob. Once you see the cursor blinking, then move it to the 2nd line using the outer knob and the use the inner knob to enter your airport:

In legacy mode:
You need 1st to left click with your mouse on the inner knob. Once you see the cursor blinking, then move it to the 2nd line using the outer knob and the use the inner knob to enter your airport:

Thank you for the reply. I removed the axis x, lefted it unbind. It still wouldn’t work. The outer knob works even with a axis binded tough… so I don’t think the problem is to have an axis binded to the knob.

That’s it. So it was as issue with me and not the aircraft. Embarrassing…

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to help me out.
