Good Day,

For those who still have trouble installing the game after september update. (clean install)

Downloading same file over and over solution:
Type in elevated command prompt the following without brackets “netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled”
Then reboot and try again.

Slow download and solution (prefered default setting):
Type in elevated command prompt the following without brackets “netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal”
Then reboot and try again.
If you still have problems try a network limiter it seems to work for me around 4MB/s

I use a wireless fast connection so it may only apply to wireless connections.

@microsoft i think your program have some network issues that should be investigated

Setting the autotuninglevel to disabled was the way to go for me.

Make sure your bandwidth is not limited in the simulator in the data settings tab.
