I got my Force 3D Pro to work with MSFS (2020), but I had to assign absolutely everything joystick related manually.

Sensitivity should also be edited, because 0 on sensitivity and null zone is god awful with that joystick…

Did you assign Ailerons to Aileron Axis?
Did you assign Elevator to Elevator Axis?

All sticks have to have sensitivity adjusted…no different in DCS, IL2 and other sims. Sorry but due to the differences in hardware you have to do some setup and tweak some settings!

The force 3d is working fine on my system. It was recognized by the sim with reasonable key assignments.

Maybe a problem with the windows settings for this device or a driver issue?

I have no force feedback with my Force 3D. It works in control panel (joystick calibration) but no feedback in the FS 2020. Any idea?

Sure thing! I got mine working decently with a few tweaks.

Only thing I really hate is that the left side area of the stick is half dead, so every once in a while when I try to turn left there is no response and have to turn the stick around in a circle before I get any response. Guess it’s just some malfunction with my stick.

Given how few force feedback controllers there are these days, it seems like newer sims and games are opting out of force feedback effects.

I do not believe there is FF in MSFS.

I can definitely relate, as I had the same problem with my CH Pro yoke
and rudder pedals. Fortunately, there’s a great tutorial on YouTube by
Squirrel (tutorial #2) that outlines how to set up profiles for peripherals
that the simulator does not recognize.

I was dead in the water until I saw this. Hopefully it will go a long way
to helping you out.

in the mean time it works eh

I got the same problem. adjusted axis and sensitivity. At the first flight it works and the other flight it lost the sensitivity settings. :unamused:

Can you share the assignement list for this joystic Logitech Force 3D Pro?

Dont worry about it, I have a Microsoft Force Feedback 2, and that isn’t recognised lol

Hope you get it sorted

Sure I can!
This is my current assignment for the Force3D Pro.
The button assignments were chosen from my own preferences, but the most important thing is to assign the elevation, ailerons and rudder to their corresponding axis.
This must be chosen manually from the list of buttons and axes (without moving the stick in any direction).

the new patch BROKE!!! sensitivity settings.

HOPEFULLY !!! they will come back with something usefull , because sensitivity setings where a desaster anyway: MUCH TOO SENSITIVE until now ( i am back to xplane11 again, untill that is sorted out!)
