I want to use the airports LEMD from LVFR and KJFK and NZQN from inibuilds. To use these airports, I have to uninstall the Asobo versions. I have done this, but with the result that every time I restart MSFS2020, the sim wants to do an update to reinstall these “missing” Asobo airports. What can I do to prevent the sim from updating these Asobo airports?

Are you uninstalling the airports through the in-game Content Manager?

If you just deleted them in the Official/OneStore folder you’re forced to install them again.
You have to look for the Airport codes in the content manager and uninstall them there.

Yes. I deleted it via the content Manager.
Do the instructions from Inibulds state you must remove the Asobo airports?

The iniManager at least for KJFK says “Please remember to uninstall “Asobo New York JFK” from the content manager”. Generally, I believe it is good practice not to run two of the same airports in MSFS, as this can cause overlap and other problems.
Bump, because I’d like to know the answer to this as well. I uninstalled the Asobo JFK yesterday after downloading and installing the iniBuilds JFK version, and it’s caused me nothing but problems since then.
