We are looking to add some new faces to our Forum Moderator Team!
What does a forum moderator do?
Our moderators help keep our forums running smoothly, whether that means helping users with questions, keeping threads on topic, de-escalating arguments, or monitoring the categories for duplicate threads. They are leaders in the community who are active and helpful! We rely on their support and are very thankful for their participation.
What are the requirements to become a moderator?
We would like to find individuals who are active in the forums, knowledgeable on simulators, and great at keeping a professional tone. If that sounds like you, we’d love you to apply!
Will I be compensated?
There is no monetary compensation as this is a voluntary service, but we will work together on a daily basis and you will have a great, tight-knit group of new simmers who share the same passion as you!
How many hours do I need to dedicate to become a moderator?
As this is a voluntary position, you decide when you are available to help and how many hours you can dedicate, but we do seek out those who are active in the forums and are available on a consistent basis.
