Hi everyone!
As you know, on Dec. 22 we are releasing Sim Update 2, which includes VR. To prepare for that, there are two new categories releasing on the forums:
Virtual Reality (VR) Section
This will be your go-to place to discuss VR. It should be pretty self-explanatory. Categories will include:
- General
- Cockpit Interaction
- In-Flight Menus & Toolbar
- Cameras
- Hardware & Performance
Where do you post about VR bugs, you ask?
Well, this brings up the second new category.
Bugs & Issues Section
We will now have an entire category with organized sub-categories to help better organize the forums and help you find and vote on specific issues you are seeing. We will automatically move all threads with over 100 votes to the appropriate section and you will be able to move over your own post from the old section to the new category over the next month. The old bugs & issues section will be archived and readable in the Archives category.
The new subcategories for Bugs & Issues will be:
- Aircraft Handling
- Airports
- ATC & NAVAIDs
- Hardware
- Instruments
- Online Services & Activities
- Performance & Graphics
- Scenery
- SDK
- Weather
- VR
- Miscellaneous
