FPS Lenovo y540 1660ti 16GB Ram

Hi

I want to increase the amount FPS in my laptop lenovo Y540 with a GPU GTX 1660ti 6GB Processor i7 9750H hexacore. 144 Hz SSD 480GB (extra disk. The simulator is installed in this disk)
Someone can share the graphics settings to improve that.
Any advise for windows configuration?
