I pinned it down further, its definitely a VRAM Problem. As soon as that gets filled up, its over in FS24. To your AMD theory higher end AMD cards are known for having much more VRAM than Nvidia. AMD cards are way less popular than Nvidia, especially in Flightsim community.

this could actually be a workaround… but yet… Asobo cannot pretend for us to rely on workarounds to play their game… they need to fix this issue. Its affecting more and more users every day. Hopefully they put his as prio 1.

doesnt matter, RAM is still the second fastest memory on your system, or almost same as VRAM fast, afaik. ocf its not a 100% replacement for real VRAM, but it might help.

Have a look in the link below. I have an 8GB 4060 ti and whenever my VRAM maxed out performance dropped. This process dropped my VRAM from 8GB to 6.5 with just one click and restored performance to very acceptable levels. Not sure if this would help your 3070 but it’s worth a shot.
