I can‘t get high FPS with my setup at all - so I like to ask you people with similar components: What FPS do you get and with what settings inside Flight Sim?

What resolution are you trying to run at?
What would you consider “high FPS”?

Like I wrote at 4K, currently I am barely getting 12 frames on ground and less then 30 in air.

Have you made any changes to your USERCFG file? If so, please post the contents of that file.
Will do that - currently not at home!
No change to the config file.
Even setting render scale to max does not slow down the game any further.
I fear CPU power is the bottleneck…
That’s not 4K, it’s less. Roughly 2 million pixels less to be precise. You should be getting anything between 40-60 with that setup. Depending on factors. Also, with that setup, Turn your cockpit refresh to high.
These threads crack me up. But in running a 8700K/1080 285) 16 MB RAM, both stock at Ultra settings. 2440P.
I know it is a pain but maybe post your NVidia settings as well.
Upon review of your settings you are set up quite nicely to easily lock FPS at 30fps and should be hitting 45+ easily without Vsync. There must be something else going on that we aren’t seeing.
That‘s what I do not understand.
Maxing everything out does not slow the sim down any further… so frustrating!
I found the problem. Your settings are all corrupted. They look like they are in some other language.
My German is a bit weak but I am not seeing anything jump out at me here. You have DSR disabled. That was my first concern.
You don’t have anything running in the background do you?

Other games run great - Star Citizen really good.
Flight sim really went down in flames with the latest sim update and world update…
It‘s mod related - stupid me. Didn‘t waste a thought about the mod folder…
Without any files in my community folder, I am running 55-59 frames on payware Innsbruck.
Will give feedback, once I known what’s causing the lag!

First guess… Scenery file.
That was exactly what I thought!
But…
It was a livery pack - Bush league legends!
Gone and done! Everything maxed out and still 40 - 55 frames. Cannot wait to use VR again!
