Frame Gen Bug: Mainthread remains in red area, after panning the camera in external view (1.6.18.0)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Since SU 4 beta version 1.6.18.0, the Mainthread suddenly goes into the red, when FG is enabled and I pan the camera in the external camera-view a couple of times. It stays there and does not recover. However, as soon as I click on my second monitor, which is disabling FG, the main thread recovers and returns to normal. This did not happen when I disabled FG from the beginning. I did not notice this in earlier beta versions.
