I am using the Xbox Series X. My internet speed is a stable 80mb/s.
I cannot play ANY free flight from an airport. Loading into an airport, either on runway or at a stand, the “sim” freezes as soon as you load in with blurry graphics. I’ve waited upwards of ten minutes before, hoping it’ll resolve itself but nope.
It is absolutely abysmal. It doesn’t matter what aircraft I use, it is the same problem.

Why has this been moved to user-to-user support?
I was wanting to report a serious issue I was having - and I’m STILL having - to Asobo/Microsoft.
Whenever I load into a free flight, my session freezes. Career mode runs okay and I can play training modules but free flight just loads you into the cockpit view and freezes. The only way to get out of it is to fully restart MSFS 24.
When creating a bug report, please don’t delete the template and fill in all required fields. They contains key information for the devs to intend reproducing the issue and for other users to contribute to it.
Also search if any similar report may already have been created.
