I have only two planes, and no challenges, bush trips… no flights except regular flying.
What did the installer do this time? It was a 96GB download so clearly all the content is There somewhere, and I am not doing it again any time soon.
Profile -> Content Manager -> Toggle All -> Download
For some reason sometimes the “out of of the box packages” are still missing

Sure beats someone’s suggestion to someone else somewhere of reinstalling windows…
It would be nice if there was something to ‘Toggle’ On my first install all I had to do was that as the PD extra content which was greyed out had to be installed in-game. There is no extra content in Content Manager greyed out or otherwise now.
same for me, after uninstall and reinstall (steam version), only 96gb are downloaded.
Into content manager, there is nothing to toggle, nothing to download, only 2 planes, no airports, no cities, no challenges, etc…
everybody says “toggle all → download” , but there is nothing to toggle !!!
im using the steam version.
installed in D: drive.
i tried many times to reinstall and still the same issue, im loosing faith… 
i deleted all folders, files. everytime i try to reinstall from steam, there is only 96Gib of data. Wich is not correct i guess.
Main menu > profile > content manager
Then download what ever you can there
Ok i found a solution to resolve that issue :
Turned Online Functionality OFF and ON again.
- Step 1: Go to Options > General > Data
- Step 2: Toggle Online Functionality OFF
- Step 3: Click on Apply & Save
- Step 4: Toggle Online Functionality ON
- Step 5: Click on Apply & Save
Then after content manager is full of content to download.
