A Real Ghost, Unfortunately same problem … different day. The progress bar mentions nothing about Decompressing or Downloading. Sorry - I am not much help. Any other suggestions? Thanks
Hi A Real Ghost. I have spent the best part of the day attempting a work around to the download issue. I first deleted all previous files and reloaded Content Manager. Once again the download quit at 59.97 GIB with the progress bar showing "Download fs.base-01.63.fspatch.001. Are you able to advise on a solution? I am completely stumped. Thanks.
Check task manager and see what your CPU, RAM, and disk usage is like at that point when it appears to be stuck. It might help us figure out whats going on.
And maybe add a screenshot as well? We can help but we need more information 
successfully installed the game by following this steps:-
Deleted the file which was getting repeatedly downloaded while running the process.Like in my case " 0.1.74 fs patch"
The download restarts and the same file will get downloaded.
try to repeat the process till the download doesn’t revert back and complete download of the game can be achieved.
I now realize the problem with installing the Flight Simulator Content Package. I am running an MS Surface Studio 2 and the internals are overheating. It appears a temperature sensor must shut down the download when the heat exceeds the specified threshold. Sigh … this makes for a slow download.
