FS 2020 won't load

For the last two days (Starting 4/24/26), when I try to go into FS 2020, it first tells me that it can’t sync the data. After that, when I restart it, it just stays on the MS FS2020 40th Anniversary screen with the spinning circle in the lower right.

Any suggestions? Did they stop supporting MSFS 2020?

I’m having a different problem today, FS2020 starts then crashes , yesterday it worked just fine

Just for info today FS2024 is the same starts then crashes

Haven’t changed anything since yesterday

I had similar problems. Delete MS store and install MS store and XBox app new. For me was that the solution

  1. Open Micrsoft Store app - update all apps.
  2. Update Windows via Windows Update
  3. Restart PC
  4. Open Xbox app - sign in
  5. Launch MSFS

First empty your community folder and then try again.

If that doesn’t work, try updating GPU drivers
