FS2020 trim problem

  • One for iteration (msfs-2020)

  • One for platform (steam)

  • One for aircraft (Mainly Cessna 152 et 172 Skyhawk; I didn’t try an other aircraft)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Once I am in flight with the Cessna 152, I have to trim constantly to keep it at flight level. As far as I can remember, this wasn’t an issue once before; I’ve been away from FS2020 for a while.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Takeoff from any aiport

  2. Stabilize the flight at around 95 knots

  3. I use the programmed trim buttons on my Saitek Pro flight to set the aircraft at flight level

  4. Once established at flight lever, then slowly, the nose goes down

  5. Even if I try to trim again and again, there is no way it can stabilize the aircraft

  6. I did another try with the Cessna 172; same result

We’ve moved your post to the User Support Hub > Aircraft & Systems as it seems this is not a bug with the software, but as pointed out in your second comment, a case of you needing to adjust the Assistance Options in the sim.

Hopefully editing these settings have helped!
