FS2020 uninstalled itself for 2nd time in recent weeks

Brief description of the issue:
Sim runs fine day before, then it won’t start. Forced to uninstall remaining garbage files and reinstall everything. Everything. This for 2nd time in recent weeks. Nothing unusual happened on previous working sim to warn of upcoming issue. I did not join open beta.

I am reinstalling again, and would like to prevent this from happening again.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
I7-9700, Nvidia 2080 super. 32 ram. 1tb ssd

Are you using an addon linker?
There is an addon linker, not sure which one, that is also been known to cause this.

I am not using an addon linker. And the only things in my community folder are a few planes, 7 actually, DC-6, P38, Electra, Connie, Justflight Turbo, Milviz PC-6, and Nieuport.
