ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: There’s a very large stutter at NTTB airport, as part of the Oceania World Update package. The issue is visible when panning the camera around, a large 1 second stutter occurs, which appears to be due to something in the scenery for the Oceania world update. My other more complex sceneries don’t produce that large stutter. I tried increasing the terrain LOD to 150 and it helped a little, but something appears to be popping in and out in the distance that causes the stutter. Please help to fix it, to make this airport enjoyable for everyone to fly to. Thank you!
