FS2024 Third Party Aircraft Compatibility List (Unofficial)

A ton of the Carenado planes show up as variants of the 170B for me… like nearly all of them including my beloved 337.

WB-Sim / JPL Cessna 152 works except for the autopilot. But if you also add the Boris sound pack, then there are zero sounds :frowning:

Unfortunately, the Winjeel is the same for me. Everything seems to work fine other than the RPM revving and not hitting a high enough number to take off. I’ll see if I can find a control issue, maybe the default bindings just don’t work with it?

AT sim P.149D might show up in the sim except that it has no pilots in external view except that the harnesses seem filled.
I personally would not claim it works if there are no pilots in external view. Maybe it is just me but all the present aircraft in the library that I can’t see the pilots/ co-pilots in the external view are in fact broken.

This is a good point, but even official addons like the ATSim An-2 have no external pilots. It’s a widespread problem on Asobo’s end so I haven’t been holding it against developers. That said, I will note it from now on when present.

Thank you very much for all the testing you are doing. I know from earlier posts and from what Microsoft and Asobo have said that apparently they are aware. If I really want to just fly from the internal view this is still good information and is appreciated.
Thanks

Form my testing today:
Azurpoly magister - works
Azurpoly Epsilon - works but avionics very dim
Azurpoly C160 - broken performance.
Azurpoly Bronco - works. GSN dim
Big radial Goose - works for me although some are reporting engines dying for no reason. Power might be a bit down, not sure
Black Square TBM850 - works but needs sound file modifications
Black Square VelocityXL - same as TBM850
Black bird PC-6 - works. Autopilot, DME and engine parameters readouts very dim. Windscreen scratches superb hectic.
Shrike Sabre - works
Carenado 182RG - works. Autopilot and GSN very dim
GF Wilga - works
JF RJ - updated. Works
Mario Noriega C-22 - Broken. No performance
Rara Avus Zippy - works
Rara Avus Bulldog - works for me. My friend doesn’t even see it in plane selection so not sure what’s that about.
Top Mach F-22 - broken. All screens are dead
Tukan Ford - works
A2A Comanche - works. A small modification needed for state saving. Described in A2A forum
Winjeel - works for me but weirdly my friend has a very erratic throttle response and no performance
JPL 152 - Works. Small mod may be necessary to config as per WB Discord and this forum. Autopilot very dim. Boris Audio doesn’t work

Please note I have not been focusing on esthetics like pilot visibility form outside for example. These details may not be there for some of the planes on my list. If the plane behaves and I can fly it, it works for me

Yea I tried dumping them in the community folder from 2020 and they disappeared entirely. Deleted the folders and they went back to the 170 with all of their bugs.

I’m shelving 2024 for a while tired of tinkering

Avant tout je precise que je suis serie x.

Je n ainpas l intégralité des avions achetes sur fs2020 qui s est telecharge sur le 2024, est ce normal? Je pense a au f14 par exemple, au hercule … j en passe.

Merci par avance du retour.

Taog’s Huey works. It is rather heavy on my system though. Even the latest 1.2 update that I read was a huge improvement and smoother than it is in 2020. For me I had to lower my settings to even get my PC to activate my VR - was just freezing the headset instantly before that PLUS I was in a heavy area so was a hard-deep-end-test for it!

Works great for me in Hawaii in vr. Flys WAY better than in 2020 if you ask me. The future is starting to look a bit brighter, as I knew it would.

I don’t know what is up with it here. I tried to fly near Paris first (started at Le Bourget Airport so quite far away from the city) and it would not even load. Then I flew the R66 there (to check) and it was sort of fine, but I was having some small stutters (bearing in mind I have pretty much tweaked out the stutters over the last 2 weeks of trying stuff so it was unusual to see this here too). BUT I did just install some France scenery that appeared on my list of approved 2024 product “upgrades” in Orbx now - so could be partly one of these to blame I guess:

Then I flew the R66 in Malaga (also photogrammetry, and pretty dense) but silky smooth, then the Huey here and it was OK but not as smooth (some of those freezes but not as often or big as near Paris), but at least it did load.

Then I reduced my VR resolution and tried again in Paris - it loaded into VR this time but performance was very bad (giant hitches and freezes). Guess I will remove the Orbx mods and try again but still it seems rather heavy sadly.

As far as I’ve tried, with SSW SF-260 it doesn’t retract the front wheel but otherwise it’s fine.

I wonder instead how you get the Azurpoly Bronco available for 2024… I got it from the marketplace but I can’t find it in the list

I bought it from AzurPoly directly so I was able to just put it in the community folder. Marketplace addons might take longer to show up.

Added the SwissMilSim Venom, Vampire and Morane which were all updated to be FS2024 compatible on SimMarket (Marketplace may take longer.)

You should only post in English on this forum if you want answers.

Replying to my own post here to clarify something re: iniBuilds A300-600. There are two options to purchase. The A300-600R Premium which is more or less a 2024 “native” addon which comes with an upgrade price of £9.99 on iniBuilds (varies on other markets) and the iniBuilds A300-600 Compatible version. To the best of my knowledge, the “Compatible” version is a free update, as it’s the 2020 version with compatibility fixes. I just wanted to clarify this as it might be a bit confusing. If you want the native FS2024 version, you’ll want the Premium, and there is an upgrade fee. I’ll update my list to reflect that. See this article for more info: Let's talk: iniBuilds A300-600R Airliner Updates for MSFS2024 & MSFS2020 - iniBuilds Announcements - iniBuilds Forum
