Beavers & Geese
Alright folks, this time we go to Norway and do some water landings. We are flying along the south western coast of Norway.
Be sure your plane has floats, because after the initial takeoff we will only land on water. Although the event is called “Beavers and Geese” Kodiaks and Otters are also
welcome (or any other amphibious aircraft that can fly at 130 kts).
If your aircraft has only floats and no wheels, you can spawn at ENAL and slew to the water. It’s not far.
XBOX users or anyone without the scenery can also spawn at ENAL and just follow the pack.
This group flight is mostly about enjoying the scenery and having fun flying together. At a cruise speed of 130kts the net flight time is about 2h.
We will make a fullstop landing at every airport. There will be a 10 minute halftime break.
Please join out discord voice channel, even if you can’t speak, for breaks, and other info!
We understand some people can’t chat cause of families, etc…
“Join when you can, leave if you must” is the philosphy when it comes to attending
the FSB group flights. It is totally fine to arrive late and join up whatever leg we are currently on. Or even mid air!
