About the event
Middle Earth calls. Adventure awaits. Come along as we check out the places where they filmed Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Landmarks will be called out in discord - and we’ll see what we can find for actual interesting points along the way. Maybe you’ll even recognize a skyline from the movies here or there. Bring your favorite tourism aircraft and let’s enjoy the terrain of New Zealand / Middle Earth!
Take-off is at 19:00 UTC. The flight time will be about 2 hours long and we will make a 10 minute break at NZQN. And as always with Flight Sim Break, Join when you can, leave when you must!
Other Information
Voice channel highly recommended even if you can’t speak. We tend to have a lot of fun in voice. We also announce breaks and additional info in voice chat and we help you with flying techniques if you have questions. Additionally, waypoints we’re passing will be reported in the discord voice chat:
