after switching to and updating to HEGN Scenery 1.1.1 via the Aerosoft ONE portal, only the standard buildings are visible at the airport.
What is the solution for this?

Does the airport appear in your Library when you search it? Perhaps it installed in the wrong directory.
Moved to User Support Hub that is more appropriate for community support.
Yes, i can see the addon in the library list with right version number.
Interesting. I also received a native 2024 upgrade about a week ago. The version number is 1.0.1, and it does work normally. However I purchased mine through the in sim marketplace. Perhaps Aerosoft has a corrupt upload.
If you have already tried deleting and reinstalling it, then I would reach out to FSDG to let them know.
In Aerosoft One I found today a new version 1.1.1 Rev. A. I hope, that this version install HEGN correct.
With the new version 1.1.1 Rev. A (or 1.1.2) for the add-on, the airport and landmarks are (almost) correctly installed and displayed. However, the jetways at the gates, which are correctly displayed in version 1.1 of FSDG, are missing (see screenshots).

I received a message that Aerosoft wants to contact FSDG to resolve the issue of missing jetways.

The same here. Always missing the jetways in version 1.1.2
Me too having this issue. No Jetways at HEGN and also no jetways at GOBD from FSDG
With the last update at Aerosoft One the jetways are ok.
