Fshud and active sky not working

Gosh I love technology but I absolutely hate technology so much at times it can be so smart but at the same time so silly.

How has literally the last 10 hours change so much from both Active sky and fshud working absolutely fine last night…

then..

Today…

Finished work early and went home to play msfs, apart from updating nvidia drivers….

This happened…

Is there any other unknown update that anyone else has that is affecting their connections regarding activesky and fshud

I tried reinstalling them and nothing works

I know of another simmer experiencing the same Active Sky error today.

We have confirmed a major issue regarding network http functionality (which many apps use including ASFS) and the latest Windows Updates: KB5066835 and KB5065789.

We’re hopeful that there is a subsequent Windows Update soon to resolve this, and pretty sure that will be case since there is a very large community response regarding this (many apps/developers affected).

To resolve, for now, please roll back your updates by uninstalling KB5066835 and KB5065789 (Windows Update/Update History/Uninstall updates, and uninstall).

I have the same problem, I have uninstalled the updates but it still doesn’t work, has anyone solved it or do I have to wait for them to fix it?

Thanks heaps for that, I have uninstalled both of those windows updates and that seems to have done the trick.

I do find it odd as everything was working fine with whatever update was the former, but I uninstalled the most recent windows update, but that didn’t work so I uninstalled the other one which has done the trick but as mentioned. fshud and active sky were working fine with whatever the earlier update version was.
