Hello, I purchased this incredible jet and love it so far and is indeed phenomenal, just an issue: the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work. I watched various startup tutorials, went through the manual etc.
Pax keeps complaining about the temperature and I can see on the EFB that AC is off, despite the fact that I start the engines with ECS set to off & AC off.
Also on GPU only no AC while ADS on, ECS to both, PRESN to auto & AC mode to auto, that EFB light doesn’t get green and temp keeps rising.
Any ideas ?
I think the AC is electric: I switch it on as soon as I switch on the battery and the GPU. The temperature increases a bit until startup because we’re having some hot temperatures now in Barcelona these days, but soon it begins to descent. Also I set temperature to 23-24 degrees in cabin and cockpit. After engines are on and bleed is on I set inmediatley the ECP to both and let it do its work, and long before arriving to TOC we’re comfortable.
I see what you mean, I experience the same thing, in fact during high altitude cruise the temp lowers but that is also normal without AC. Do you see the AC as being ON on your EFB ?
Here people will complain about the heat as long as I am not like FL40 on crz and temp will rise again while descending.
Yes, AC is on until OAT is very cold and then only the bleed is on. Let me explain the sequence in my current flight

Departure from Dublin. OAT is 11º C and inside the plane we have 17º

Open doors; temperature begins to descent slowly.

Switch electrics on and switch AC on: temperature still descending because doors are open.

Finish boarding and close doors: Temeprature raises a bit, but sill below the original 17º

Start up, bleed on, ECS both on: Temperature begins to increase quickly.

During taxi I get 26º in cockpit and 23 in cabin.

During climb temperature is stabilizing around 24º in both cockpit and cabin.

In cruise at FL350 we’ve got 22º, AC is off and everybody is happy
