Hello, I purchased the FSS 727-200 from the marketplace. I have the Steam version of MSFS-2024. I’m experiencing a bug where the windows show the ground and the plane looks like it’s not even fully modeled. My GPU works properly as I have zero problem flying any of the default planes or my B-52 addon. Here’s some screencaps. Is there a way to fix this? Or can I try and get a refund?

Could this be a compatibility issue with MSFS 2024?
I have not noticed this in MSFS 2020.
I’m not sure to be honest, people are using this plane in MSFS 2024 and not having the same issues.
I bought this with the expansion pack, but I still can’t get it to work. I gave up on it. Get a refund if you can.
It seems to work ok for me, but in your case I think I would try to uninstall and then reinstall it.
They have a specific procedure in their manual that you should follow that might fix the issue.
I bought it for Xbox today via the marketplace and have the same issue.
Did you contact tthem on their discord?
This aircraft is version 1.1.6 on the marketplace, and if you buy it via Aerosoft, it is version 1.1.7.
Version 1.1.7 does not have this problem.
