Hello, this might sound confusing but is there any way of disabling the “fuzzy transition” effect when you move the camera around very fast in external view? Or is this a bug?
You might have motion blur turned on in the graphics settings.

I can only set it to “Low” but still no difference unfortunately.
Disregard that last message! I managed to disable it! Thank you for the advice.
