G1000 problems, can someone help please?

Brief description of the issue:
I can’t use all the options in the g1000

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
From the beginning when I installed mf2020 the g1000 won’t let me select a lot of the options for example airport information.
I attached a screenshot hopefully helps understanding.
I don’t know if is something wrong in the settings or something went wrong during the installation.
Help please

Moved to #student-pilots:basic-gameplay-help as this is not a Bugs & Issues defect.

It’s the new lock controls. Switch to legacy and it will work better.You can even use the middle mouse button in many cases to twirl each knob.

I been using the middle mouse button all the time for the knobs and zooming but still I don’t have all the options in the g1000.
Anyway can you tell me where to verify if I’m in legacy mode or lock?

I found how to switch to to legacy and still doesn’t let me select airport information, vor,ndb …and create a flight plan from the g1000

I had similar issue. I deleted the latest G1000 - NXI update and now works.

I’ve been using the free G1000 NXi Mod and have not noticed a lot of these issues. It may be that the standard, default G1000 in the sim does not have all of these features implemented. I’m not sure how much development work is being placed into the standard G1000 at the moment as the future plans are to replace that one throughout the sim with the NXi Mod. Maybe try downloading the NXi mod to see if it improves the experience?

The default G1000 has extremely limited functionality. I would not expect something like that until the NXi is integrated as default.

I think you’ll need to do a click left press on small knob with your mouse to ‘unlock’ features. Once ya do that all actions on available. there all a few more small details but that will point you in the correct direction…

I’m using the g1000 nxi in legacy mode, yesterday I tried to reinstall it and still I’m having same issues I can’t have airport information, vor,ndb, ils frequency for all this missing info I can always google the jeppesen approach plates.
The major problem is when I have to change my approach or arrival because doesn’t let me load new changes.
Is it possible I’m the only one with this problems??? So frustrating
