Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. spawn Cold & Dark at an airport with the G36
  2. open the EFB, go to the Mass & balance/Seats window
  3. Pilot weight box is missing

Hi @DementedCorn327
Mine got even stranger.
I had an empty pilot position box (screenshot 1), but it won’t let me set anything over 170. I will let me lower that weight once I put it in, but not increase it. I can type in “180”, but it goes back to “170”. And if I try to save the configuration, it just goes back to an empty box, just like shot 1.
Regards

When opening the EFB on the world map I am seeing the pilot weight box too:

But when spawning C&D the pilot weight box is gone:

Those weight boxes have weird behaviours across the different situations you access the EFB (world map/cold & dark/on the runway) and different across the aircraft.

Opening again the Mass and balance screen from the world map, the pilot weight box is gone, who knows why…
And the weight for whatever seat is limited to 170lbs, maybe a deliberate choice from the devs ?

I have seen some of this weirdness in the G36. While I don’t recall the missing box, I have seen multiple times where I set the weight for the pilots and passengers, come back later to double check, and the pilot is reset to zero.

I also experienced the same from time to time.

Definitely some strange things with the W&B happenings with that plane. I’m wondering if they’ve hardwired something in there. Even when it’s blank, it looks in the total payload as if it’s loading 90 pounds for pilot??? or something. Everything you’ve seen, I’ve come across at some time, and then the next time there’s some variation of it. But at the end of the day, something is definitely wanky with this plane in the EFB.
Regards!

Weight and balance is weird in many aircraft and i can only assume it doesn’t affect the flight models. Just try the W&B page for several aircraft and see the C/G almost anywhere while remembering that on most aeroplanes the C/G should be between 25 and 33% back from the leading edge at MAC.
