Brief description of the issue:
RJOI sometimes produces METAR message along with a SHER message:
RJOI 0524 DH0200/PPH 0.00
RJOI 240156Z 05010KT 10SM FEW025 SCT250 22/11 A2995 RMK AO2 SLP141 T02220106
The game would only read the first SHER message and create weather environment that does not conform to the METAR below.

Check RJOI’s METAR on NOAA ADDS, and when it produces a SHER message, check in game performance.
