Game Crash - Dont Work - Error ucrtbase.dll

Less than a week ago I bought the FS2020 from the microsoft store. I downloaded the standard version.
I encountered a problem when starting the game that has no explanation, I have already seen the case with XBOX support (Case # 1518884322) they checked my configuration, installation, updates and found no problem on my pc to run the simulator. Their last answer was to ask for a refund.
I have updated all the PC drivers and motherboard bios, created users on local account, created a partition on the hard drive and installed the simulator. The result is the same.
What else can I do? I attach pictures and video of what is happening.

Hace menos de una semana compre el FS2020 en la tienda de microsoft. Descargue la version estandar.
Encontre un problema al iniciar el juego que no tiene explicacion, ya he visto el caso con el soporte de XBOX (Caso # 1518884322) revisaron mi configuraciĂłn, instalaciĂłn, actualizaciones y no encontraron algun problema en mi pc para correr el simulador. Su ultima respuesta fue que pidiera un reembolso.
He actualizado todos los drivers del PC y el bios de la placa madre, he creado usuarios en cuenta local, he creado una particion en el disco duro e instalado el simulador. El resultado es el mismo.
Que mas puedo hacer? adjunto imagenes y video de lo que sucede.

which kind of Anti-virus / * protection tools you own ?

Please decribe bit more what exactly happens before it crash and pleas have a look into the windows evenv viewer and search for ERROR entries.

Also give informations about your graphicscard and installed drivers.

Have you downloaded the whole game yet or just the first 1G part?

The antivirus is disabled, I found an error in the event viewer.

Solution
A question:
- Have you installled the English Language Pack ???
( not change the language, only installed English Language Pack is necessary (united state) )

My system is in Spanish, I downloaded the English language pack from the United States. Surprise! it started up without any problems.

Hi, I was going to tell you about the US Language pack as it worked for me, Congrats! It’s disappointing that the advice is not included in the Zendesk, lots of people have had the same problem :slight_smile:

It also is present during installing - but - there’s a bug. In order to display that the pack is required, the pack must be installed first. Catch-22.

Oh sorry, It wasn’t there when I had the problem a few months ago, nice to see it’s there now. Silly me!

For me, after two days of enabling/disabling the 50+ programs I had running under “Startup Apps” one by one, I found that it was related to running the Seagate Toolkit program for my Backup Plus Hub drive. Disabling it in “Startup Apps” allowed me to launch Flight Simulator again.
