So every time we have a new patch we need to install the whole game again?

This happened to me too, I sent Steam to check the integrity of the files and it was deleted

Same here.Until I saw this article,I know why my files are deleted.

No, just don’t run that ‘check integrity’ option. I have the Steam version and everything worked fine.
