Where can I find the game’s Application .exe ?
If you bought the game in Microsoft, you can’t because it’s encrypted.

in case of steam, here (check the very bottom of my screenshot). in case of the ms store it’s somewhere else but shouldn’t be hard to locate either. they are just hidden. i would tamper with permissions and such though only if you know what you’re doing so you don’t brake anything else.
to give you a quick hint, somewhere here: \Users\you\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps
you can even drag the .exe from your start menu to the desktop.

I found it here : C:\Users\you\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\Microsoft.FlightSimulator8weky3d8bb…\FlightSimulator.exe . But when I try to launch it. it says ‘The file cannot be accessed by the system’. And the size of the file is 0 (zero). Forgot to mention that I got the sim from Xbox Game Pass.
