I have become sick and tired of this issue I have, which, may sound odd.
So, some background, one day, I go to play some MSFS and once my autopilot reaches cruise, I noticed my frames dropped from about 60 to 70 FPS to 35 FPS. After doing some more tests, changing settings, removing all addons, changing LODs and even upgrading and downgrading drivers, the issue persisted.
What was weird was the fact it was happening in EVERYTHING, from a base Boeing 747 to the PMDG 737-900 and even Cessans I slew mode(ed) into FL250 and above.
Using Devmode didn’t help either and it was just showing the frame drop and “Limited By MainThread”
Task Manager showed my GPU usage tanking from 86% to 40%.
This is odd, I have never seen this issue or ever even seen it talked about.
What’s more is that my pc isn’t a junker

Ryzen 5 5600x
32gb 3200mhz DDR4 RAM
Zotac RTX 3060
MSFS Installed on a 1tb Samsung SSD
Temps are fine
I have a video recorded and uploaded if it’s any use to anyone, I asked support to no avail.
