Did you just join the SU12 Beta?
no i didn’t. game just won’t start now crashes on load screen.

i have the same issue, trying to launch the game and then it asks whether you’ll like to continue with safe mode or not. regardless of your selection it crashes to desktop in the middle of loading.

Mine does the exact same at the same spot.
I will write this knowing it probably won’t work but is the only thing that comes to my mind to help.
If you can make the game run in safe mode but not in normal mode then:
a. If you are not in SU12 Beta I don’t believe you.
b. Remove all your Carenado planes (from the official folder)
c. Try again in normal mode.
If it still fails some planes that other users have removed and made the sim work are: justflight’s, PMDG not from marketplace, and the A310.
This was a SU12 Beta bug symptoms are identical to yours: Sim crashes in the middle of the load screen in normal mode but works in safe mode.
If your sim does not work in safe mode don’t try this, it won’t work and you will waste time.
Doesn’t work in Safe Mode or Normal.
How do i reinstall but keep game data? not loose all the hours and completed flights?
Finally got it to load after a reinstall and update.
Took two days to complete.
but its working now.
