trying to find update but it stuck in loading screen try both version normal and without mode in new sim do not make it this way startup

The sim has been checking for updates for about an hour now. Using 240 Mbps of my bandwidth. Have not had this problem for a week or so and was hoping the issue was solved. Seems it is not sadly.
I’m on a PC, and I’m in Europe.
I followed the checklist provided, and I’m still getting stuck at the checking for updates screen.
