Has anybody experienced empty menu screen? I got it after the SU8/ WU8. The game seem slow to load and produces low FPS ~ 25 FPS in game where previously i used to get 40 FPS.
The background scene also seems heavy with the shadows stuttering.

Try this and see if it helps:
Delete the fs-base-ui-pages folder, and the fs-base folder, both located in the Official One Store folder, and then restart the sim.
Thanks, I’ve deleted the folders and will need to re-download them. Will try that a bit later and see the results.
The game was really heavy after the recent update, everything was lagging !
hope this tip fixes the issue. I’ll post the feedback here.
If it happens again, hit ALT+ENTER and go into full screen mode and see if that helps.

Thanks a lot, indeed, I am running the game in windowed mode with the lowest resolution set to 640x480 as it used to give me some FPS while playing in VR.
after SU 8 things went south.

I moved your topic into the Miscellaneous category.
The CTDs category is for when the simulator crashes and you end up back at the Windows desktop.
Thanks a lot everyone, i switched the option under PC to full screen mode and the issue was no longer there.
However it was working fine in SU7 !
