CTD from changing gamepad profile to “Default”. I cannot change my profile to “default”
Have the same problem…and many others 
Have the same problem. I’ve managed to reset my personal profile to default, which crashed the sim. However, when I opened up the sim again, my profile was reset and I was able to configure it later.
But it’s still not possible to select the default directly. If I start to navigate between profiles it crashes as soon as the default is selected.
