Hi all, couldn’t find how to change the Transition Altitude and/or Transition Level inside the G3000 yet. The default seems to be 18000 ft. Has anyone a clue how to change that?
That’s fixed. The sim is mostly oriented to FAA environment/operating rules. You could switch it manually at any time, but the “automatic” functionality (i.e., depress the knob or hit B on keyboard) of the Kollsman will default to Std at FL180.
Yes, that’s what I noticed, too. I just can’t imagine that’s the case in real life…
It isn’t that way IRL, for sure.
It has been that way in all MS sims for as long as I can remember!
