There are a number of thing to try, start at the top of this thread and duplicate what was done.

Only way to fix it for me was to do a complete reinstall of the game. Took about 18 hours 
Haven’t found any other way to fix it.

Thank you for your response. Since I am only a computer user, a old one I mean, I do prefer reinstall again.
