zero… you only have to be sure that you DISABLE the Auto-Optimize Setting ( settings , games, mark that new games not been auto-optimized )
it makes the update easier and these tools offers e.g. shadowplay. In case you plan to record videos, this is the number one because zero negativ performance effects.
nope.. but disable auto-opt… and if allready auto-optimized, reset that.
and a PS for screenshots:
WindowsKEY + Print-Key works allways :=)
Yeah it does, as long as you toggle any feature on in the GE interface. The thing is, it’s actually not integrated with the sim by itself, but rather its individual features that you set on.
No it’s not started by the sim just runs in background even when not on a game.
If you press alt + z it will show you all the options.
On my pc I see only ram usage I doubt your see any difference with geforce running or not.
If you open task manager and scroll down you can see what its using.
It’s useful for being alerted of GPU driver updates and for video and screenshots and the game filter if you use it.
If your not gonna make use of geforce experience then remove it.
If you do use it then you may as well go into settings on the start menu, go into gaming, captures and turn off background recording as it will record in the background while you play.
I use GeForce experience to livestream my full flights into my YouTube Channel. But it’s not for what you think it is. I livestream to YouTube because I want to record my full flight from cold and dark at the gate, and up to engine shutoff and cooldown at the destination gate. And if I anyone wanted to join in and look, they’re welcome to do so. It’s a better way than having to manually record the flights using the same GeForce Experience and wait for hours for it to upload to YouTube and then wait again for the processing. With livestreaming, I can fly while it’s being recorded and processed by YouTube in real time, and as soon as I finished the flight, I can jump back in to the video and review it directly without waiting time.
I used these recording for review and analysis to determine everything that happens during the flight. So if I’m experiencing any bugs, I already have the evidence. Or if I do something successful or when I do a certain workaround to an issue in the sim, I also have the evidence.
I think I have more than 60 full flights in my YT channel right now. And I probably will still keep on flying and recording. And the GeForce experience is good to notify there’s a new driver update so I can just update the driver through it.
possible he use Optimized Settings ( don’t do that for MSFS ) or he start the game from GeForceExp ( also don’t do that ).. or I forgot a setting which I made million years ago
They don’t do that. You would only record when you press the record button deliberately. It will also shows you a notification that you are recording, and there’s a visible icon that will show you that you are recording.
