I’m downloading it right now via GE Force Experience.
Yeah, 5 hours ago, when I posted it wasn’t available.
yeah you must have been at the bleeding edge there 5 hrs ago.
Is it me or is NVidia really blasting out GRD’s like every week it seems. Completely mad trying to keep up with them all.
It could have been due to placebo, but I rolled back to 545.92
The popular clean driver from Guru3D…

Worked well for me in FS2020 (on a 3090Ti), but broke VLS fullscreen video playback with super resolution enabled.
Rolled back to 537.58.
Both 546.01 and 545.92 had a negative impact on my FS2020 FPS…
I rolled back to 537.58 which runs very well.
4080 with i9-12900K, 32gb RAM and Samsung 980pro m.2.
Does Shadowplay work with this 546 driver?
I was getting a few CTD’s during flights with 546.1 and 545.92 so rolled back to 537.58 too. Now runs perfectly. Seems smoother too. (& no CTDs this far). Went for months without a CTD until the 545.x & 546.x driver updates. (RTX3090)
Question: I’m on 536.67 and it’s working fine. Can I update to clean 537.58 without running my usual DDU routine? I use GeForce Experience, and I don’t want to go through the extreme hassle of setting up GFE screen captures properly. They make that so freaking difficult.
I don’t know whether I can install an updated driver, but not update GFE.
Or should I stay on 536.67 until I’m forced to update?
I didn’t use DDU. I just uninstalled all the NVidia drivers from Windows->Settings->Apps->Installed Apps. I left GE Experience installed, then downloaded the 537.58 driver and ran a ‘clean install’. Everything seems fine. Did a disk clean to clear direct x shader cache too.
Here’s the GFE separate Download.
The DDU’d and NVCleaned 546.17 latest Driver is running smooth as silk on our FE 3090 ti.
I have been trying all of the subsequent NVIDIA drivers past 537.58 and have experienced poor performance / graphics. I even upgraded my monitor and noted the same results with the drivers past 537.58…
It leaves me very concerned as there will come a time when 537.58 will not be supported by FS2020.
Still at a loss as to why and have spent many hours along with additional $$$ to resolve. I have even installed FS2020 on my Samsung 990pro m.2 vs my 980pro and experienced the same poor performance with the drivers past 537.58.
My Specs: MSI 4080 Gaming X Trio, MSI Z790 Edge WIFI mobo, i9-12900K, 32gb DDR5 RAM and Samsung 980pro m.2.
