Yes
Brief description of the issue:
This is something to investigate because it shouldn´t happen in my opinion. I have buildings PG disabled and just Bing maps active. Starting airborne over RJTF and heading east to Tokyo, as soon as you enter the city PG boundaries, the generic buildings and trees disappear and are respawned again shortly after that. I have noticed that behaviour in all PG areas. You can also notice it while on final at several airports (default or third party ones) if the airport is near a PG city or if the airport itself contains a custom satellite texture. The event is clearly triggered by the PG city boundaries (see screenshots) or by the custom satellite texture boundaries of the airport if not on a PG area. If both areas co-exist (custom airport texture + PG city) normally the event is triggered as soon as you enter any of them (I have not made extensive tests on that situation yet). I took Tokyo for the example so that it was easier to test (all content is official).
Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:
PG area is visible in world map due to the change of terrain textures.
Approach to city at around 1000ft while still outside PG area displays all buildings and trees correctly.
Entering the PG area makes the buildings and trees vanish. They respawn shortly after that (see how they are transparent while respawning).
ICAO or coordinates (DevMode > Options > Display position)
RJTF and Tokyo city.
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Fly east from RJTF to Tokyo. Disable buildings PG and just leave Bing maps enabled. TLOD 150 used for tests (rest of settings maxed).
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
i9-12900ks + 3080Ti (G-sync) + 64 GB DDR5 + Windows 11.
