Get rid of shimmering in fine details without using DLSS-DLAA?

Shimmering, shimmering in 1440 TAA!

How to go around the shimmering on windmills, fine details on instruments etc? LOD settings does nothing to this issue… Do I need to work myself into the NCP - and what to change there? Otherwize Ultra settings.
