GHE VOR at Ghedi" Italy" isn’t working (110.90)

It’s not a VOR. It’s a TACAN. I don’t think TACAN’s are installed in MSFS. The VOR you might want is the BRESCIA (BSA) VOR/DME at 117.70

Indeed, and 46X is not working better (GHE)

GHE is also listed as a TACAN in the actual database. Pilot Nav website
