"Ghost transmission" in very high ATC activity areas

Brief description of the issue:

In very busy areas, you would be treated as you received some transmissions while you didn’t. For example, your ATC window may suddenly show acknowledge options without you ever receiving the transmission, or you may level off at a certain altitude, only to be demanded expedite to a different altitude, despite you never heard ATC tell you to climb/descent to that altitude. This seems to be caused by your “supposed” transmission being flooded by other transmissions from AI traffic, and the ATC system imagined they had talked to you but they never did (not even shown in ATC window)

Note the first transmission in the first screenshot and the last in the second.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Can’t repro - been flying to Metro Airports with Live Traffic and mixing up Azure TTS ATC and Offline ATC. Is the AI Co-Pilot answering the radio calls?

it gets better, it seems that ATC gives back my “climb to FL360” command later, even as I already reached FL360 (my cruise alt)

No. PMDG 737 doesn’t even support AI Co-pilot.
If you turn AI co-pilot on, your voice will change to that of the co-pilot but you still have to manually reply.
For the record, it’s off.

Ah, I thought this wasn’t a stock airliner, just based on the sun visor.

Can you recreate it using a stock Asobo aircraft?

Moving this to #self-service:atc-traffic-navaids for peer review.

Currently on a 3-hour flight. Will try that after I land.

I’ve noticed this too. A bunch of times I’ve gotten “[my callsign] Did you hear my last transmission?” Despite not hearing or seeing anything addressed to me prior in the ATC log. I usually just hit “Say again” so I can hear what they actually wanted me to do and still retain some sort of realism.

Is it on a default plane? if yes then I don’t have to bother doing the test myself.
