I think there has been an error of scale here. Was flying around the border of DRC and Rwanda at 6,700 feet, and noticed this slightly incongruous radio telescope out of the corner of my eye…

[World's Largest Satellite Dish FS2020] The world’s largest satellite dish. I am sure this is just a bug from third party content after SU9, but it is quite funny in my opinion. The top of the dish peaks at around 42,000 feet. In case anyone is wondering, it is in the southwest region of Rwanda on the southern part of Lake Kivu.

As that user mentioned, it is probably an addon.
